Reschedule Policy
Please be advised that we are changing our Reschedule
Policy effective September 9, 2024. We currently send a courtesy text or phone
call reminder 2 days prior to your scheduled appointment. At that time, if you
must cancel or reschedule your appointment, any discount will be lost for that
appointment.
The reason for this change is because a cancellation within
48 hours does not allow sufficient time to fill that slot. We are thankful to
not have to charge a large cancellation fee (or full cost!) as many places do,
and we hope this new policy keeps us from having to implement that.
Drop-off / Pick-up Times
Drop-Off: If you are running late for your appointment, please give us a call.
If you arrive more than 45 minutes late and have not called us prior, we reserve
the right to reschedule your appointment (we may do this if we fill your time
slot with another client or if we can not complete your services within the
hours of operation).
Pick-up: There will be a late fee
applied if you do not call or pick up your pet within normal business hours.
Discount Policy
Schedule your next appointment on-site and receive $4 off your next full groom
or $2 off your next bath, nails & cleanups!
Referral Program
Refer a friend and receive $5 off your next visit. Ask for more details.
Flea Policy
We want to protect the well being of all of our clients, therefore there is a
$20 charge for any pets that carry fleas into our shop to cover the cost of flea
shampoo. Contact your vet should you need flea control products.
